Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) mocked Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) Thursday online over the far-Left rep’s rough town hall event earlier in the week.
AOC on Wednesday tried to fend off two town hall attendees who accused her of being a fraud and supporting nuclear war.
“On the rare occasions that [AOC] actually spends time with her constituents, she is reminded that she has sold them out at every turn,” Boebert tweeted along with the video of the tense interaction. “She campaigned as an outsider and has now just morphed into #SandyPelosi!”
“Tulsi Gabbard, she’s left the Democratic Party because they are war hawks,” one protester told AOC at the event, Timcast first reported. “You ran as an outsider! Yet, you’ve been voting to start this war in Ukraine.”
“Why are you playing with the lives of American citizens?” he pressed. “You’re playing with our lives!”
“You voted to mobilize and send money to Ukrainian Nazis,” another man, Jose Vega, yelled. “You’re a coward!”
During the same town hall, Ocasio-Cortez was pressed on her immigration stance by a retired firefighter, and another constituent asked the Democrat about rising crime.
