‘You deserve the death penalty,” Gov. Ron DeSantis says of Nikolas Cruz

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Florida’s governor on Thursday said Parkland school shooter Nikolas Cruz deserves to die, shortly after a Broward County jury recommended life in prison for the man who killed 14 children and three staff members at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018.
“I just don’t think anything else is appropriate except a capital sentence in this case,” Gov. Ron DeSantis said during a news conference in Cape Coral. “And so I was very disappointed to see that.” Read the rest at wptv.com.
I just called Ron (1-850-717-9337 “2”) and gave him an at-a-boy for standing up and telling the truth about what should happen to Nikolas Cruz. When a county is loaded up with former NY and NJ lefties, THAT’S the kind of wimpy verdict we get. Our tax dollars will now have to support that dirt ball for many years to come. And then again, maybe justice will occur…in the big house.
