Yes, but back in 1942 Cali was NOT LOADED with members of the DemocRat-Communist Party. Heck, Ronald Reagan was governor of Cali from 1967 to 1975. Reagan defeated incumbent DemocRat, Pat Brown, by almost a million votes. The DemocRat-Communists need that extra time to truck in all of those crooked ballots.
