You’ve gotta love it. This whole moratorium thing is for the birds. The Mrs and I recently got rid of a tenant. Not for non-payment but, rather, because we just didn’t want to rent the place any longer. I was afraid that we’d be stuck with the tenant indefinitely. We were lucky. It only cost us $1300 in attorney fees. The guy moved out before it went to court.

In one case, the non-paying renters saved that money for over a year and then used that money to buy a house. Ain’t communism just peachy?
