The pro-baby-slaughtering protests, chanting, and screaming outside the homes of six Supreme Court justices violate federal law, and Joe Biden’s attorney general refuses to enforce that law.
Here it is in black and white: 18 U.S. Code § 1507 – Picketing or parading:
Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
The law is strikingly clear. It is a crime to protest “in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge” with “the intent of influencing any judge.” Read the rest at breitbart.com.
I guess Garland is not a racist because all of the protesting is leveled at conservatives. As long as you’re representing the DemocRAT-Communist Party you can harass a Supreme Court justice, burn down a building, beat up innocent people in the streets, disrupt traffic, burn police cars and even kill innocent people and never expect to be brought to justice.
