When companies are large enough and pressure politicians and judges to pass and enforce laws that stifle and even eliminate competition for those companies, then they can afford to hire lesbian studies majors and promote them while ignoring the efforts of white males who many times do the hard work that make those companies successful. We can thank Executive Orders 11246 (9-24-1965) and 11478 (8-8-1969) along with a slew of other laws and decisions for starting and perpetuating that garbage. As long as the white guys getting screwed are not part of the privileged and connected crowd…well…who cares. Right?
