Shut it down. Put half of its top dogs in prison. If it is reopened, man it with America-loving conservatives. Drop the number of employees from its current over 35,000 down to about 9,000. ALL of those fired should receive NO fat government retirement checks. Incompetence should NOT be rewarded.
